Puerto Ricans criticize recovery efforts after Hurricane Maria

After Hurricanes Irma and Maria, hundreds of thousands of people in Puerto Rico required aid. The Federal Emergency Management Agency, or FEMA, along with religious groups and grassroots organizations provided supplies, food and clean water.
But many Puerto Ricans have criticized the way this aid was carried out. FEMA refers to Maria as Disaster 4339.
