+ Apple TV announce it Alien Planet – Alien World, the new 10-episode animated series for adults, will debut on August 9 with new weekly episodes every Wednesday, until September 27. Based on the New York Times bestselling graphic novel of the same name that became a social media phenomenon, Alien Planet offers a hilarious and insightful look at a remote landscape not unlike our own. In a whimsical world of pink and purple, the Blue Beings explore the absurdity of everyday human conventions.
