Voter turnout growth means busy election night for Shively

After Lancaster County Election Commissioner Dave Shively reduced the number of polling sites in the county by 12 percent to streamline the process, many polling precincts in northern Lincoln gained voters. At the same time, voter turnout increased. While the downsizing made voting more efficient, the overall increase in turnout will make for an interesting night for Shively and his staff.
