White smoke in the EU vaccination certificate, which should allow EU citizens to be vaccinated, was recently recovered or had a recent negative test to travel to the Govt Union. The agreement was reached during a ‘trilogy’ between the European Parliament, the Council of the European Union and the European Commission. Member States have blocked any reference to the free tests required to obtain certification if a person is not vaccinated. This law also applies to minors over the age of five. It is also mandatory to fill out a form providing information about origin, previous accommodation and address where you are staying in Greece.

PORTUGAL – Passengers must submit a negative molecular test performed within 72 hours of departure. Children under 24 months are exempt.
