From the beginningEarly Arrival, Thursday, September 26Until Thursday, October 17, every player will receive two free server transfer tickets per day. They will expire 24 hours after they are requested to avoid storage, but NCSoft wants to give you every chance to find the right server for you.

“At full launch on Tuesday, October 1st, we will temporarily restrict character transfers from Early Access servers to Launch servers,” NCSoft explains. “Players on Full Launch servers may be transferred (subject to space availability) to Early Access or other Full Launch servers.” No restrictionsWe plan to remove the “Early Access” tag and allow players to request a transfer from Early Access to full-play servers when the time is right.”
During the free transfer period, you can Transfer to eligible fields whenever you want. (Depending on the number of tickets requested). Please be careful when transferring. If you move from one server, there is no guarantee that you can move back to that server if it reaches its population limit.”
After October 17Server transfers will be subject to a 30-day cooling off period and will require the game’s premium currency, Lucent. Lucent can be purchased through real money, PvP matches, and selling items in the Auction House.
