Italians affected by travel restrictions to the United States

Dear Pepe Severnini, We would like to bring to your attention an issue of thousands of Italian citizens currently in the United States or waiting to leave the United States and currently being denied a visa at the Embassy. US Consulate General in Italy, despite having all the documents required to issue a visa. With the help of other comrades, we collected nearly 1300 signatures and reported its event to talented Italian officials, firstly, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Luigi de Mayo. We have already sent the official communication and the above signatures to Minister de Mayo with this email. All of the signatories are persons who have been directly affected by this injustice, or who have been waiting for more than a year to be reunited with their loved ones. We hope you can help us raise public awareness of this initiative and help thousands of Italian citizens through press channels accessible to you.
