The Fairness Ordinance in Lincoln will be put to a vote in an upcoming election. The ordinance protects gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender people from discrimination in housing, employment and public accommodations. Councilman Carl Eskridge says this is an opportunity for Lincoln to change.
